You’ve worked hard to build your assets, so you deserve to know exactly how well they are being managed.
Performance Review Process
In keeping with our commitment to transparency, we provide our clients with an annual Wealth Management Services evaluation.
In this detailed review, we recap all the Comprehensive Financial Planning work we’ve done for you in the previous year. On the Investment Management side, we compare your portfolio’s investment return against relevant industry benchmarks. This evaluation lets you clearly see how we’re doing, and how our relationship contributes to the achievement of your goals.
High Service Level
Why do the professionals at Financial Freedom treat each client as a top priority? Because to us, you are. Unlike firms that rely on a corporate brand or extensive advertising to bring in new clients, we’re a local business. We depend on happy clients and your success is our success.
With over 30 years of experience, Financial Freedom’s team knows how to provide high-level service. As a family-owned business, we’ve built our success on it.
Same Day Response
When you have financial questions, you want answers sooner rather than later. So we provide Same Day Response service (“SDR”); we’ll respond to your phone calls or e-mails the same day they are received.
Investment Expense Control
With fixed income and equity returns shrinking from historical levels, expenses matter more than ever. If a mutual fund or exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) your advisor uses has a high expense ratio, it reduces your returns. So at Financial Freedom, we focus on buying high quality, yet low-cost ETFs and mutual funds.
We use funds from Vanguard, Fidelity, T. Rowe Price, Dodge & Cox, and other fund companies that offer very competitive expense ratios. We do not use loaded funds (funds with upfront commissions) and many of the funds that we use have no transaction fees (the funds are free to buy and sell). At the end of the day, our objective is to use investments that “add value” above and beyond their relevant industry benchmark.
By keeping your costs low, we keep more of your money working for you.
Your Financial Quarterback
Smart tax and estate planning strategies can help you achieve your long-term financial goals but require careful execution. At Financial Freedom, we work closely with your other professionals to make sure your financial plan gets fully implemented. We’re always happy to work with your existing professionals (such as your accountant and attorney). Or, if you’d prefer, we also have a team of vetted specialists that we can recommend to you for cost-effective results:
- Estate Planning Attorneys
- Certified Public Accountants (CPAs)
- Long-Term Care Providers
- Insurance Professionals
- Fidelity Investments and other leading financial services companies, and
- Local banking professionals
Once we have completed an initial financial plan for you, we coordinate your requirements with your other professionals to ensure complete and effective implementation. In this regard, Financial Freedom really acts as the “quarterback” of your financial plan—handling all of the planning, matching your requirements with the right professional, and then making sure the plan is carried out effectively.
